Lunch Program
The Carmel Foundation serves a hot, nutritious lunch each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:40am to 1:00pm in Diment Hall. Three staff members prepare and serve lunch in our 800 square foot commercial grade facility. In addition to a hot entrée, two soups, a variety of salads and dessert are also available each luncheon day.
Lunch is dished up among a friendly group of members, all to the accompaniment of volunteer piano players. Volunteers also assist members as host and hostesses as well as a cashier who will accept payment in the form of a meal card which is purchased prior to lunch at the Main Receptionist Desk. Lunch is “self service” and members are asked to bus their own tables. Members may also bring guests to lunch by purchasing a “Guest Pass”.
