You're invited to join Il Fornaio's monthly culinary expedition through the diverse regions of Italy.  As they traverse the country, they celebrate the various types of food found in each unique area.  One of their Chefs, often a native of the featured region, will craft a menu spotlighting the authentic Italian food, bread and wine that is typically found in that part of Italy.
