This guided workshop helps adults navigating life changes and new stages of aging to reflect on identity, reconnect with creativity, and explore new purpose.
Participants will:
Reflect on life transitions and evolving identity
Use creativity to foster resilience and meaning
Discover personal strengths, talents, and interests
Engage in guided creative exercises and group discussions
Plan a personal or shared creative project with actionable next steps
