Instructor: Beth Lefebvre is an IAYT Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Pilates instructor, Bowenwork practitioner, CMT, and Reiki Master.
This therapeutic class weaves together principles of yoga and Ayurveda with mindful, Pilates-informed movement to support strength, balance, and ease. Using pranayama, mantra, and Marma therapy, the practice gently yokes the mind to the breath, helping unite body, mind, and spirit while opening pathways for healing, stability, and well-being.
