Practice the three movement patterns that power nearly everything you do: squatting (getting up from chairs), hinging (picking things up), and pressing (putting things overhead). Through structured, hands-on practice, you’ll build real strength for the activities that matter — gardening, playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply moving through your day with confidence. This 4-class series meets each Wednesday in February.
