Whether you're a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, this upbeat class is a great way to get moving, learn easy-to-follow routines, and enjoy music with friends. Line dancing is a fantastic workout for the body and brain, helping improve balance, coordination, and memory — all while having a blast. No partner required — just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to step, shuffle, and smile your way across the dance floor!
