Get ready to move, stretch, and feel amazing all February long in a fun and accessible way to stay active!

Each Wednesday, we’ll explore a different style of movement. All classes are designed with older adults in mind, offering safe, low-impact routines that support strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

No experience is needed — just come as you are and enjoy moving together in a welcoming, supportive space.

Week 1 | February 4: Movement & Strength
Barre for Balance — light leg strength, core + posture

Week 2 | February 11: Mobility & Flexibility
Stretching & Mobility — gentle joint range of motion + flexibility

Week 3 | February 18: Cardio & Energy
Low Impact Cardio — heart-healthy and easy to follow

Week 4 | February 25: Chair-Based Workout
Chair Strength + Mini Cardio — ideal for mixed ability levels
