For over 30 years, Illia Thompson encouraged writers to tell their own stories. Her motto is "you cannot make a mistake!" A prompt is sent out the previous week for use as a springboard for current writing, if you wish. You may use this opportunity to write your ongoing story. The group reads their own writing, and memories are often triggered by each other's words.
