Instructor: Heather Lanier is a Registered Movement Therapist with the Spatial Dynamics Institute. A Big Sur native, artist, gardener, dancer, and teacher, she is delighted to share her lifelong love of movement.
These four morning classes offer practical movement tools to support everyday activities like walking, standing, sitting, lifting groceries, driving, and more. Through gentle, effective exercises and a lighthearted approach, participants will explore movements that help restore balance and make daily life easier and safer.
