Veronica Calvillo earned her master’s in science in Clinical Mental Health in 2013 from Oregon State University, where she began her own mindfulness journey. She has been a mindfulness teacher for the past 10 years. She earned her first mindfulness certificate in 2016 while working as a clinical mental health clinician in Santa Cruz County.
