Build strength and control for confident walking and better balance. Through hands-on practice with marching variations, weighted carries, and targeted core work, you’ll develop the stability that makes everyday movement feel easier and safer. We’ll work on the specific muscles that keep you upright and steady — your core and hip stabilizers — while improving your walking gait. This 3-class series meets each Monday in February. Space limited to 8 participants. No experience needed, just a willingness to move and practice.
