Facilitators: Nükhet Kardam, Professor Emerita at the Middlebury Institute and Rana Issa, former instructor of Arabic culture, politics, and language at the Middlebury Institute

This guided workshop supports adults navigating life changes and new stages of aging through reflection, creativity, and connection. Participants will explore identity, reconnect with creativity, and discover new purpose in a supportive group setting.
